Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of crushing system and to decrease the number of crushing processes by specifying the min. moment given to lump by primary impact force and increasing the moment given to the lump by secondary impact force by specific times that by the primary impact force.
CONSTITUTION: The rock and the ore lump are coarsely crushed into small chips by applying the primary impact force with a primary crushing rotor 1 and are thrown toward secondary crushing rotors 2, 3 by the rotation of the primary crushing rotor 1. Because the secondary crushing rotors 2, 3 are constituted so as to be rotated synchronously with the primary crushing rotor 1, the small chips collide vertically with the impact reflecting surfaces of the secondary crushing rotors 2, 3 to be crushed into fine particles. The min. moment given to the lump by the primary impact force is controlled to 180 kgm/sec and the moment given to the lump by the secondary impact force is controlled to 0.3-70 times the moment given to the lump by the primary impact force. As a result, the crushing efficiency by the secondary crushing rotors 2, 3 is increased.
