PURPOSE: To obtain a blend which is excellent in impact resistance and chemical resistance and can be directly mixed and molded without pre-drying by mixing an aromatic polycarbonate with an aromatic polyester, etc.

CONSTITUTION: An aromatic polycarbonate in an amount of 5-95 wt.%, desirably 40-85 wt.% comprising recurring units represented by formula I (wherein X is a divalent 1-15C hydrocarbon group, a single bond or the like) is mixed with 15-60 wt.% aromatic polyester represented by formula II (wherein (n) is 2-6) and 1-10 wt.% polyalkylene oxide rubber prepared by copolymerizing at least one alkylene oxide represented by formula III (wherein R1 is a 1-10C alkyl or the like) with at least one epoxide-containing monomer represented by formula IV (wherein R2 is H or the like) and having a glass transition point of 0°C or below.
