Title:
IMPACT SHOCK ABSORPTION APPARATUS AND VANE PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2016125515
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact shock absorption apparatus and a vane pump in which either a forward motion speed or a rearward motion speed of a piston and a vane is increased.SOLUTION: A piston 10 has a stepped hole through which viscous fluid passes. A piston rod has a flange part 11a having a first orifice 10c and a second orifice 10d communicated with two chambers in a cylinder main body 9. The piston 10 is integrally connected to the flange part 11a and movably connected in respect to the flange part 11a. The stepped hole has a shape capable of closing the second orifice 10d and the piston 10 is moved away from the flange part 11a when it is relatively moved rearward within a cylinder chamber 9b. With this arrangement as above, it is possible to increase a motion speed at the time of returning-back of the piston 10 more than that of impact shock absorption. In addition, it is possible to change easily the motion speed of the piston 10 through changing of a shape of the flange part 11a. Similarly, it is also possible to provide a vane pump in which the vane can be smoothly moved rearward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
