Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an impact force changeable and miniaturize an apparatus by providing a guide part for supporting in a movable state a holding part detachably holding a test object and a control part for controlling a fall speed of the holding part and an opening timing for the test object.
SOLUTION: A strut 3 has a rail 31 on a surface thereof. A holding part 5 moves along the rail 31. A fixing part is constituted by setting the rail 31 on the strut 3 having an H-shaped groove. A test object is held at the holding part 5. When a pressure sensor detects that a contact pressure between a grasp part and the test object is a predetermined value, a closure operation by the grasp part is stopped. Thereafter, a height difference of a receiving plate 41 receiving the test object to which an impact is to be applied and the test object is set at a condition value. A fall speed of the holding part 5 is indicated to a control part 6. When the holding part 5 falls and the test object falls by a predetermined distance from the receiving plate 41, the control part 6 generates an open command to the grasp part. Data of a strain gauge and acceleration data during the fall and at the time of a collision are collected at the control part 6, analyzed and used to check a yield strength of the product.
