Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation testing method of impact resistance against a flight object collision in railroad vehicle equipment.SOLUTION: An object to be inspected is arranged at a given distance from a first opening end part on an axial line of a hollow tube having the first opening end part and a second opening end part, and a speed detector for detecting the flight speed of a flight object is given between the opening end part and the object to be inspected. Moreover, the flight object is arranged inside the hollow tube in the vicinity of the second opening end part, a plug body is inserted into the second opening end part so as to block the cross section of the hollow tube, and gas going attempting expand is led from the second opening end part into the hollow tube to move the plug body toward the first end. Thereby, the flight object is made to fly toward the object to be inspected while it is being rolled, and the plug body is dropped between the first opening end part and the speed detector.
