By forming the configuration like this, since the vertical movement distance or the central track movement distance of a ball 16 can be enlarged, and a burden can be alleviated to the stopper 22 in an impact mechanism portion up to the final end of a moving cam, or the final end of the cam grooves, the durability to each component in a reduction mechanism portion or the like can be improved.
