Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance adjustment device that can easily change the impedance of a signal transmission line depending on the frequency of the signal.
SOLUTION: The impedance adjustment devices 5, 6 include a common mode choke configured by winding a 1st winding 51a and a 2nd winding 51b on a core 50. A gap 52 is formed in the core 50. A gap control signal 50 is mounted on the gap 52. The gap control section 53 has a gap control core 54 and a gap control coil 55 that is wound on the gap control core 54. Part of the gap control core 54 is inserted to the gap 52 so as to be closely attached to the core 50. A current control circuit 56 controls the current flowing to the gap control coil 5 depending on the frequency for power line communication so that the impedance of the impedance adjustment devices 5, 6 is close to a constant value independently of the frequency.
