A vane body 70 having recessed parts 4a on the negative pressure surface 3d side and a wall plate 6 having many small holes 6a, 6a,... for covering the recessed parts 4a of the vane body 70 are individually molded and then integrally joined to each other to constitute this impeller for the blower, having a hollow part 4 in the vane body 70 and many holes 6a, 6a,... on the side wall part of the negative pressure surface 3d of the hollow part 4. Accordingly, in the impeller for the blower having the structure, the negative pressure surface 3d side wall part having many small holes 6a, 6a... of the hollow part 4 functions as a pressure fluctuation absorbing part, the small holes 6a, 6a,... exhibit the sufficiently elastic damping action in collaboration with an internal air layer, and therefore, pressure fluctuation caused by turbulence of the vane surface flow is partially and effectively absorbed and damped, and generation of aerodynamic noise caused by interference to the vane surface can be sufficiently and effectively reduced.
