Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency by making the claw of a blade which corresponds to the central portion of a shroud larger as well as making the caulking amount larger in integrally connecting the shroud with the blade.
CONSTITUTION: The claw 8a of a blade 7 which corresponds to the central portion of a front shroud 5 is formed larger than the caulking claws 8b of other portions. The caulking force resistable to the springback of the front shroud can be thereby increased, so the clearance between the shrouds 5, 6 and the blade 7 can be removed and the blower efficiency is improved.
