PURPOSE: To facilitate mold manufacture and mold removal after casting in opening the front and rear of a blade by joining those of wheel and blade, solidly formed around a rotational axis, together with a hub structure separately formed.
CONSTITUTION: A wheel 9 and a blade 12 are solidly formed around a rotational axis while a hub structure 11 is formed of a separate member from the wheel 9 and the blade 12, and this sub structure 11 is joined together with a member composing the wheel 9 and the blade 12. In this connection, the hub structure 11 may be clamped to the wheel 9 with a screw 15. Width of a ring groove 10 is composed to be narrower than width where the blade 12 enters, in advance and the width of the ring groove 10 is expanded side and it is elastically deformed, then the blade 12 is put in the ring groove 10. Thus, any clearance in opposed surfaces between the hub structure 11 and the blade 12 is not left behind, so that the hub structure 11 can be locked to the blade 12 or the wheel 9.
