Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller processing device which can consolidate processing processes without requiring any other processing device.SOLUTION: An impeller processing device 10 comprises a composite lathe, and includes: a first holding part 22 which is rotatable around a main axis C while holding a work-piece 30; a tool 25 for a lathe which grinds the work-piece 30 which is held by the first holding part 22 and is rotated around the main axis C; and a first turret 24 and a second turret 34 which are capable of performing three axis control of X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis and are symmetrically located with the main axis C as a border. A pair of turrets 24, 34 are provided with a pair of milling heads 27, 37 which are symmetrically located with the main axis C as a border, and rotate milling tools 26, 36 around a rotation axis which is inclined with respect to XY plane perpendicular to the main axis C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
