Abstract:
To provide an impeller for pump capable of improving the pump performance by minimizing the pressure leakage due to the gap between the impeller side plate and the pump casing.SOLUTION: An impeller for pump, comprises: a main plate attached to the pump rotational axis; at least one blade fixed to the main plate; and a lateral plate disposed to oppose the main plate via the blade. The lateral plate includes: a rear face to which the blade is fixed; and a front face that forms a space with inside surface of the casing interposed therebetween for accommodating the impeller. The front face of the lateral plate includes at least one step part forming a projection or recess with respect to the space; and one end of the longitudinal direction both ends of the step is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the side plate with respect to the other end.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
