PURPOSE: To reduce costs, by making multiple ceramic split bodies adhere and be fixed to the surface of base material of an impeller, by means of active metal brazing material.

CONSTITUTION: Multiple ceramic split bodies 5 are made adhere and be fixed to the surface of base metallic material 10 of an impeller 1 by active metal brazing material 6, and they constitute an impeller main body 2, a vane 3 and a pump-out-vane 4. The dividing plane 5b of each split body 5 is slanted to the contact face of base material 10, or the front face of the vane 3. Accordingly, if one part of the impeller is worn and torn, it is enough to exchange only the split body of the damaged part for a new one, as the impeller is constituted as it is divided into plural parts. In this way, costs can be reduced.
