Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impervious wall which is cheap and can eliminate the possibility that water shielding function is damaged by dryness or the like.SOLUTION: In an impermeable wall 1, a plurality of sheet piles 3 are connected to each other and arranged in a prescribed direction, lower side sections of the sheet piles 3 are buried in subsoil 5, and upper side sections of the sheet pipes 3 project upward from the subsoil 5. The impermeable wall 1 has: a soil-based water shielding material 15 filled in a lower side section of a joint closure part 13 formed in an engaging part of each of the sheet piles 3 connected and arranged; asphalt mastic 17 filled in an upper side section of the joint closure part 13; and a partition member 19 which partitions the soil-based water shielding material 15 and the asphalt mastic 17.
