To improve watertightness between door bodies, perform selective water intake at an arbitrary position, and miniaturize an opening and closing device.
This selective water intake facility is provided in a water intake part 1a formed on a weir embankment 1. The door body 5 to elevate and lower guided by left and right door stops 4 is composed of a plurality of main beams 5a stretched in the horizontal direction between the left and right door stops 4 and a water impervious membrane 5b connecting these main beams 5a mutually. A baffle plate 7 is connected with the main beam 5a in the uppermost part to form a water intake 8 by the main beam 5a in the uppermost part and the door body 5 above the main beam 5a in the uppermost part constituting the door body 5. A water intake 6 position can be arbitrarily changed by elevating and lowering, the baffle plate 7 by the opening and closing device 6.
