This impervious sheet storage device 1 is disposed in a groove formed in a ground, stores the rolled-up impervious sheet 3, and develops the impervious sheet 3 in the groove. The impervious sheet storage device comprises a cylindrical member 5 in which the rolled impervious sheet 3 is stored and outlets 4 for drawing the impervious sheet 3 are formed in the side part thereof, a rotatingly holding means 6 rotatingly holding the impervious sheet 3 in the cylindrical member 5, and a water sealing means 7 closing the outlet 4 disposed on both sides of the impervious sheet 3 passed through the outlets 4.
