Abstract:
To provide a novel implant device, even when a plate has the thickness of within approximately several mm, capable of providing loosening prevention effects by wedge action.SOLUTION: The implant device includes: a tapping screw 2 to be screwed in a bone tissue 1 of a human body; and a plate 3 fixed to the bone tissue 1 by the screw 2. The implant device is so configured that an axial center of a screw head 21 is slightly decentered with respect to an axial center of a screw shaft 22 of the screw 2, so that the screw head 21 is brought into pressure contact with an inner peripheral surface of a storage recess 3a at a part in the circumferential direction, with the screw head 21 fitted in the storage recess 3a, and a base part 22a of the screw shaft 22 is brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral surface of a fitting hole 3b in an exactly opposite side in the diametrical direction with respect to the pressure-contact part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
