Title:
頭蓋内圧力を測定する埋め込み型装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4778040
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
The pressure measuring device is a microchip (14) housed in the rigid housing (17). The pressure transmission from the outside to the inside is achieved by a thin biocompatible membrane (21). The pressure-dependent movement acts on the pressure measuring device via transmission elements such as air, noble gases or viscous oil filled in a chamber arranged inside the housing. The volume of the gas is smaller than 0.1 cubic millimeter. The housing interior with a gas displacing wadding is filled up to the gas volume or fluid volume. An independent claim is included for production of a rigid housing with membrane.
