A stopper 4 having a spring which can go up and down is mounted on an aluminum pipe 1. An L-shaped part 5 is mounted on a lavatory seat like an outer frame. A rubber 3 is used for a using contact of the metal stay 2 connecting the lavatory seat. When a user uses the toilet, the L-shaped part 5 is lowered so that it rotates approximately 90 degrees and hangs the clothing on the L-shaped part 5 to prevent the clothing from falling.
