To provide an implement for preventing a load shifting which can be easily adjusted in accordance with an arranged condition in parallel with the load, and whose fitting/removing works can be simply performed, and which is lightweight and inexpensive, and which can be applied to a seedling carrying container without damaging the seedling.

The implement comprises a rod-like member 1, a fixed side face supporting part 2 provided so as to be hung down from one end part of this rod-like member 1, a sliding frame 3 freely slidably provided along the rod-like member 1, and a movable side face supporting part 4 provided so as to be hung down from this sliding frame 3. A fixing means 5 for fixing this sliding frame to the rod-like member is provided on the sliding frame 3. The parallel row ends of the load on the upper most part are pinched and supported by the fixed side face supporting part 2 and the movable side face supporting part 4.
