Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a coffering implement as substitute for sandbag by expanding a flexible film bag, e.g., a rubber-coated cloth bag, etc., in a cylindrical form by injecting a liquid or gas into the bag.
CONSTITUTION: A flexible film bag 1 for a temporary cofferdam is fitted with a flexible film 6 for mooring and a flexible film for water shielding or a flexible film for both purposes along the longitudinal direction of the bag 1. Furthermore, a fluid is injected 4 into the bag 1 to expand the bag. The bag 1 so expanded is used as a sandbag.
