Abstract:
To provide an implement for training leg and foot muscles, which can train or correct the muscles relating to adduction or medial rotation of the leg muscles.
This implement for training leg muscles has a structure wherein a pair of right and left pedals 3 are supported by respective supporting means 4 on a base 2, a front section of each pedal 3 descends and turns inward when the pedal is stepped down by a foot, and the pedal returns to an original position when a load by the foot is removed, by a position restoring means which the supporting means 4 has.
