Abstract:
To provide an impregnated cathode structure capable of making surface temperature of a cathode substrate uniform.SOLUTION: The impregnated cathode structure includes: a cathode substrate, having an electron emission surface on one side, impregnated with an electron-emitting substance; an outer cylinder provided on a back side of the electron emission surface in the cathode substrate; an inner cylinder provided inside the outer cylinder; a first electric heater provided circumferentially between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; and a second electric heater provided on the outer peripheral side of the first electric heater.
