The impression tray 10 includes: a bottom member 11 formed with a curved bulge part 13 at the center; a flange 12 formed at a prescribed height at the edge of the bottom member 11 and forming a channel corresponding to a tooth row between the flange and the curved bulge part 13; and a gripper 15 extending from the bottom member 11. The flange 12 is lower than the curved bulge part 13.
