To improve a bypass and pressure regulating valve effectively applied to the inside of a water pressure circuit for high pressure cleaning.
This bypass and pressure regulating valve 1 has an inlet port part 10, an outlet port part 11 and a bypass port part 12 reciprocatably communicated by a main conduit 13. The bypass and pressure regulating valve 1 has: a closing part 20 movable between at least one closing position for intercepting fluid communication between the main conduit 13 and the bypass port part 12 by the closing part 20 and at least one opening position of not intercepting the fluid communication; a working pressure control means 30 prearranged so as to move the closing part 20 from the closing position; a means 40 arranged along the main conduit 13 for separating a first pipe 13a on the upstream side of the main conduit 13 from a second pipe 13b on the downstream side of the main conduit 13 and determining a fluid pressure loss in fluid crossing with the main conduit 13; and a closing part command means 50 controlled by a fluid pressure difference between the first pipe 13a and the second pipe 13b of the main conduit 13, that is, the closing part command means 50 operably connected to the closing part 20 though being separated from the working pressure control means 30.
