To produce a metallic bar or a metallic wire rod having smaller cross sectional surface than 5.5 mm diameter and quantitatively obtaining the same production with lower rolling speed in comparison with the conventional method by using a hot-rolling method.
A fluid forming die (10) is provided with many forming holes lined up on the straight line and mutually separated to directly produce many bars and wire rods (b1, b2, b3,...bn) to be rolled. Further, the fluid forming die (10) for continuously cast material is connected with a tension means having compressed rolls and in this method, the continuously cast material is formed of many bar-state shapes (b1, b2, b3,...bn) and the shape of the bar-like material is formed of a round shape, an elliptic shape or polygonal shape to forcibly pass the continuously cast material through the fluid forming die (10).
