Abstract:
To provide a soil improving method that can improve a liquefiable layer at low cost, that is, to provide the improved ground and a soil improving method for not improving the whole liquefiable layer of the sand ground but partially improving the liquefiable layer according to ground subsidence after liquefaction due to an earthquake.
The soil improving method comprises setting to leave an unimproved part 7 by a desired thickness portion so that the ground subsidence after liquefaction due to the earthquake is uniformed in the whole ground 4 to be improved on the lower side of a paved part 3, and injecting a chemical solution in the ground 4 to be improved other than the unimproved part 7 based on the setting.
