PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved structure of stator set of a motor which can increase the rotational torque of a rotor by increasing conductivity effect of field and can further easily start the rotor by eliminating the dead angle of the rotation of the rotor. SOLUTION: Each upper magnetic pole piece, lower magnetic pole piece or a piece of silicon steel is respectively provided with a plurality of magnetic pole end portions; a magnetic pole surface is formed, extending vertically from each magnetic pole end portion; the magnetic pole surface of each upper magnetic pole piece, lower magnetic pole piece or silicon steel piece is formed in the identical or different length; and each magnetic pole surface can be formed to result in partial superposition or in a mutual deviation. In addition, the end portion of the total magnetic pole surface consisting of each magnetic pole surface may be formed in the shape of ladder or sloping side.
