Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cigarette filter which decreases the smell of smoke when a cigarette is put off by arranging a capsule containing a deodorant for decreasing the smell of smoke to generate after smoking in a specified state inside a filter material. CONSTITUTION: A capsule 2 to be positioned inside the fiber of cigarette filter 1 such as cellulose acetate fiber is composed of a beeswax wall 3 surrounding the solution of deodorant 4. When taking a cigarette out of a packet and lighting it, the capsule is not ruptured by manual handling but when the cigarette is put off, that capsule is ruptured so that the deodorant is released inside the filter.
