Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate the operation of the countercutters in a truck for shredding and mixing feed for zootechnical use. SOLUTION: A conical frustum shape container which tapers downwardly with an open top is placed on a self-propelled or towed wheeled chassis. Then, a helical body where an external profile being the cutter blade for shredding is made to be a conical surface and which is rotated around a vertical axis and the fan-shaped countercutters 18 which are vertical in vertexes so as to be extractably inserted to slots, rotated and positioned in a radius direction as against the wall of the container are arranged inside the container. In the truck for shredding and mixing feed for zootechnical use, an automatic controller 21 for positioning the countercutters 18 in accordance with work change quantity and the controller 21 is constituted of an electronic controller 33 for controlling a means 22 for moving the countercutters 18.
