Abstract:

To obtain a laminar molded product comprising an expandable resin material in an unfoamed state which is bonded on a substrate.

The laminar molded product composed of the expandable resin material bonded on a molded substrate is manufactured by molding the substrate in a mold at a temperature higher than the normal foaming temperature of the expandable resin material so as not to cause the foaming of the expandable resin material although one piece of the expandable resin material is placed in the mold and the substrate is bonded to the expandable resin material. Injection molding or blow molding can be employed as a molding process, and the molded product is useful as an acoustic baffle or a structural reinforcing material for an automobile use.
