PURPOSE: To speed up the rate of replacement of a milling cutter tool by constituting its carrier means to fix blades out of a component adapted to be stored in a longitudinal recessed part cut in the side facing a support head.
CONSTITUTION: Cutting blades 5 having an elongate prismatic shape are each formed in their one side with a triangle- or V-sectioned longitudinal groove 8, in which a rod 9 is stored to fix a cutting component in place. The assembly of the blades 5 is arrayed with the use of elongate prismatic components 10 each having the same length as the blades 5 and formed with a triangle- or V-sectioned groove 11 like the grooves 8. The component 10 is held in place by a screw 13, the head of which is situated outside a main body 1 and also within a recessed part 14 sized to the screw head in the main body 1 like a recessed part 12 cut in the component 10. Once positioned and screwed properly, the screw 13 butts against the blade 5 to fix the component 10, which in turn fixes, together with the rod 9, the blade 5 at a working place.
