PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an improvement material supply device by providing a rotational body equipped with a plurality of feeder-blades in a main body to form an improvement material feeder and, at the same time, mounting an improvement material hopper to the circumferential edge section of an opening section in an upper wall of the main body.
SOLUTION: The upper part of an improvement material hopper 61 in an improvement material supply device C is opened to hang up a bag 110 filled with an improvement material to dump it in the hopper 61, the bottom of the bag 110 is cut off with a cutting blade 97 of cutters 96 in a lower cylinder body 92 of the hopper 61, and the improvement material is dumped in the hopper 61. The improvement material in the improvement material hopper 61 is dropped in a main body 64 of an improvement material feeder 60 without directly dropping in a discharge opening section 81 by a cover member 95 provided to the lower part of the inside surface of the circumference close to the discharging opening section 81 of the lower cylinder body 92. Then, a driving motor 78 is driven to rotate a rotational body 71, and the improvement material is dropped from the discharge opening section 81 through a feeder-blade 75 to supply the improvement material on earth and sand in an earth and sand supply device.
