To provide seat arrangement for reducing a dead angle during driving of an automobile and to provide a load placing space or the like at the front part of a front passenger's seat.

The front passenger's seat in the automobile is installed shifted backward about 15-20 cm, and a place for the load placing space or the like is secured at the front part. A dead angle part when turning to the right is thereby reduced, and simultaneously the space for placing a load and the like can be secured at the front part of the front passenger's seat.
