Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent improving agent for the excretory power of the bladder.
SOLUTION: This improving agent for the excretory power of the bladder consists of a non-carbamate-based amine compound having acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity. The compound has high bladder muscle contraction enhancing activity but has no urethral muscle contractive activity, thus having high urination efficiency. Besides, the compound is also useful as a prophylactic/therapeutic agent for dysuria, especially stranguria.
