Abstract:
PURPOSE: To maintain sufficient ground strength against an earthquake.
CONSTITUTION: Soil piles 1, 1... are formed in the ground, and a stable processed layer 2 is formed on the ground surface. The soil piles 1, 1... reaching a bearing stratum Gb bear a large vertical load, and the stable processed layer 2 covering the ground surface connects the head sections of the soil piles 1, 1.... The inclination of the soil piles 1, 1... is prevented, and the eruption of sand by a liquefaction phenomenon is prevented.
