Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the solubility of steviolbioside, by adding an organic or inorganic sodium compound to the steviolbioside.
CONSTITUTION: One or two or more sodium compounds selected from the group consisting of organic salts, e.g. sodium citrate or sodium malate, inorganic salts, e.g. sodium chloride or sodium carbonate, and salts of amino acids, e.g. sodium aspartate or sodium glutamate, are added to steviolbioside or a substance with a high centent of the steviolbioside obtained by decomposing stevioside with an alkali.
