Front stage and rear stage curved line-type cylindrical pipes 2 provided with a plurality of discharge ports 2c are provided in a feed water pipe 1 and a first drain pipe 3, first and second inpulse discharge pipes 7 are provided in the curved line-type cylindrical pipes, a plurality of automatic drain pipes 9a are inserted into the second drain pipe 9, a generator driving pump 5 is connected between the feed water pipe 1 and the first drain pipe 3, and water is fed to the first impulse drain pipe 7 and the second impulse drain pipe 8 by a plunger pump 6 connected to a water storage tank 14. A radiator for cooling drainage is provided on the second rain pipe 9, and the cooling water is drained to the water storage tank 14.
