To reduce the maximum transmission force and also reduce generation of heavy impulsive sound by absorbing the transmission force in a small displacement and lengthening the transmission time of the impulsive force to disperse the time interval and uniforming the impulsive force as much as possible.
A coil spring 16 as a spring member having a linear spring characteristic is held in the preliminary compressed condition between an upper cover 11 made of a rigid body and a lower cover 12 made of a rigid body. The upper cover 11 and the lower cover 12 have a structure movable in the compressible direction of the coil spring 16. A plurality of viscoelastic bodies 13, 13 fixed to the upper cover and a plurality of viscoelastic bodies 14, 14 fixed to the lower cover are mutually connected by respective connection plates 15, 15 made of a rigid bodies respectively. A fixing bolt 18 is attached to the upper case 11 through a bolt support seat 17.
