To provide the impulse radio transmitting apparatus where an RF switch is unnecessary, and downsizing and cost reduction is provided.

Conventionally, a pulse is passed through a band pass filter to generate wavepackets, and it switches with the RF switch to generate an impulse signal composed of the wavepackets. However, since the RF switch needs to operate at high speed, there are problems such as the apparatus becomes expensive. Thereby, a pulse expressing 0 and 1 of a signal is generated directly from a data signal, and then, the pulse is passed through a band pass filter to generate an impulse signal composed of the wavepackets.
