Title:
IMPULSE VOLTAGE GENERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3413559
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the distance between adjacent frames and hence to reduce the size by carefully laying out a capacitor.
CONSTITUTION: Anode-side capacitors 1 and 3 connected serially and cathode- side capacitors 2 and 4 are provided side by side on the same frame 18. The anode-side capacitors 1 and 3 at a specific line are laid out at the frame 18 in a specific stage and the cathode-side capacitors 2 and 4 at a next line are laid out while they are shifted to positions where they do not overlap in the stage-lamination direction each other. The capacitors 1, 2, 3, and 4 mutually connected via a discharge mechanism 10 are laid out so that they do not overlap in the stage-lamination direction, thus easily securing insulation property and reducing the distance between adjacent frames 18.
