This impurity clarifier for adsorbing or decomposing impurities in a fluid containing the impurities, is provided with an outer tube 7 having an introduction port 11, to which the fluid containing the impurities are fed, and an outlet port 12, from which the fluid supplied from the introduction port 11 is discharged, granular members 16 disposed in a flow channel 10 of the outer tube 7 to adsorb or decompose the impurities, and restricting members 13 for restricting the movement of the granular members 16 so as to leave a space between the granular members 16 laid in the flow channel 10 of the outer tube 7.
