Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is conveyed by a fork lift in safety in a factory of a blast furnace steel manufacturer and the like, receives the melt including a large amount of impurity floating up after stirring and thermally refining the melt, separates the impurity of light gravity included in the melt, and recycles the melt of high purity as it is in the factory.
SOLUTION: Horizontal fork inserting holes 3, 4 for inserting the forks F of the fork lift are formed on a bottom face of a funnel-type vessel 1 having a melt drop flow-out port 2 on its bottom central part 1b, in parallel to both sides of the drop outflow port 2, and horizontal fork inserting holes 7, 8 for inserting the forks F of the fork lift are formed in parallel on a bottom face of a melt receiving vessel 5 provided with a vessel loading step part 6 for loading the funnel-type vessel 1 on corresponding side edge parts.
