Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load paper tubes on a cart in alignment without flawing them.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a transfer device, a discharge device 17, a support shaft line 34, a traveling drive device 20, and a loading cart 5. The transfer device is used to transfer a paper tube 7 along its longitudinal direction. The discharge device 17 discharges the paper tube on the transfer device on a mounting stand 4 placed on the side of the transfer device crossing at right angles to the transfer direction. The support shaft line 34 is placed possible to elevate, approach and separate synchronized each other at both sides of the mounting stand 4 and fits itself in the open end of the paper tubes arranged on the mounting stand 4. The traveling drive device 20 is used to synchronize and to transfer a pair of columns 2 and 2 supporting the support shaft lines 34 along the direction leaving from the transfer device. The loading cart 5 is prepared in the traveling route of both columns 2 and 2.
