To provide an in-cabin lightning system for a vehicle capable of greatly improving a mood effect of the in-cabin lightning.
The in-cabin lightning system for the vehicle includes candlelight expression spots 24 placed in assist grips 8, 9, and 10, a plurality of candlelight expression spots 20, 21, and 31 placed on a floor 1 at a foot portion under a rear seat 2, candlelight expression spots 25 and 26 placed in the rear seat 2, a candlelight control portion 37 for controlling expression of candlelight at each of the plurality of candlelight expression spots, a detecting switch for being turned on/off when a slide door 4 is opened/closed, respectively, and a vehicle condition detecting portion 36 for transmitting a candlelight control signal to the candlelight control portion 37 to express candlelight at each of the candlelight expression spots placed in the rear seat 2 and on the floor 1, considering that it is just before a passenger gets inside the rear seat 2 when the detecting switch is turned on.
