To suppress an injector driver processing load so as to miniaturize a circuit size by limiting the angle changing amount of each injection timing to an early side within a specified angle and setting a current injection timing after the passage of a specified period from a previous injection timing.
In a control circuit 8 to which output signals are inputted from a taken-in air amount sensor 2, a crank angle sensor 5 and the like for controlling an injector 11 for directly injecting fuel into each cylinder of an engine, a fuel supply amount and an injection timing are calculated based on input information. Then, the driving of the injector 11 is controlled by at least one of an air intake step or a compressing step. In this case, the angle changing amount of each injection timing of the injector 11 to an early side is limited within a specified angle set based on an engine revolution speed. A current injection timing is set after the passage of a specified period from a previous injection timing.
