This in-home medical examination support system has a means for accepting a mail address, medical examination item information, and addressee information inputted by a customer terminal, a means for recording information on the analytical result and identification information on a customer on a customer database by recovering a medical examination sample gathered by the medical examination kit sent from an in-home medical examination kit sending center, a means for accepting input of opinion information by displaying the information on the analytical result on a doctor terminal, a means for recording the input on the customer database in relation to corresponding customer information, and a medical examination result sending means for transmitting the information on the analytical result and the opinion information recorded on the customer database to the customer mail address included in the related customer information via a telecommunication line.
