Abstract:

To provide an in-leak detection method and a detection device of a piping system, which detect a leak and narrowing a generation spot by measuring a flow inside a pipe from the outside.

A point on the pipe wherein a fluid is circulated is heated, and a temperature difference on the pipe surface between both sides of the heating point is detected, and existence and the direction of a fluid flow inside the pipe are determined by the temperature difference.
