PURPOSE: To provide an in-line mixing controller capable of always performing stable ratio control.
CONSTITUTION: This controller is provided with plural tanks A-C in which different kinds of materials to be mixed are stored, flow rate control valves 3A-3C arranged at mixing lines 1A-1C connected to the tanks, a level control valve 5 arranged at a line where the mixing lines 1A-1C are joined together, a buffer tank 6 in which a mixed product is stored, a reference opening setting value arithmetic means 12 in which the mixing ratio of the product can be uniformalized by controlling the opening of the flow rate control valves 3A-3C and the level control valve 5, and a reference opening setting value to decide a flow rate by which the liquid level of the buffer tank can be maintained by the opening of the flow rate control valves 3A-3C based on each mixing ratio at every flow rate control valve by a control part, and setting value limiting means 13A-13C which set the upper/lower limit values of each obtained reference opening setting value and limit the reference opening setting value supplied to each flow rate control valve.
