PURPOSE: To obtain continuously a still picture of a fine object stably by providing a water-proof case preventing invasion of liquid, a means lighting an objective small object, a means converting an in-liquid small object luminance signal into an electric signal and an alarm means.
CONSTITUTION: A plunger 211 is driven by a plunger drive motor 214 to be close to a main body case 210 thereby forming a sampling space of nearly 100μm between the both. A light of a lighting device 219 radiates thereto and a video signal is outputted from a telecamera 212 via an observation window 217 and an optical magnification device 216. Then the case 210 and the plunger 211 are parted by the motor 214 and a wiper drive motor 213 drives a wiper to replace a mixture liquid and to rinse the window 217 and a sample fixing window glass 218. When an abnormal torque takes place in the motors 213, 214, fault detectors 260, 261 of the plunger drive motor and the wiper drive motor send a fault signal to a site operation panel.
